To accomplish this, we want to constantly evolve in pursuit of increasing our positive impact in the world, mainly within education and employment opportunities.
As a business, we focus on empowering people in emerging markets.
This means that we do our best to provide job security in countries where that is not a given. Additionally, we are making regular donations, both financially and pro bono, and thereby supporting charity and those less fortunate. Finally, we also offer our colleagues the opportunity to support their local communities via volunteering up to three days a year during working hours.
Providing free private healthcare as well as encouraging healthy lifestyles, physically and mentally.
We do so by providing healthy lunches, sports activities, book clubs, psychology sessions, and much more. We are committed to investing in the social and professional development of our colleagues.

We also do partnerships with universities for internships and career programs. To continuously learn and grow, we offer our colleagues a chance to attend academy courses, covering language, financial planning, entrepreneurship, and much more. We offer this via our own academy, 24Academy. We also do partnerships with universities for internships, career programs, and mentoring.
